Join Pittsburgh wargamer Paul Lawson for a free introduction to historical tabletop wargaming! Command your troops and experience the strategy and tactics of the battles that determined our nation's future.
Today we honor the 62nd Pennsylvania Infantry and Captain Thomas Espy as we play through the Battle of Gaines Mill scenario of the game Battle Cry. The 62nd Pennsylvania Infantry fought at Gaines Mill in 1862, and the battle saw the mortal wounding of the Espy Post's namesake.
Battle Cry is a low-complexity wargame published by Avalon Hill and suitable for ages 10+. No experience is necessary. Please join us!
