We’re visual creatures living in a world of data. How do we process and understand it?
Join artist Dave Columbus for a compelling look at infographics, data visualizations, and the complex art of communicating numerical information through design. From something as simple as the ingredients in trail mix to massive projects representing reams of pop cultural data from Star Trek or Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dave will consider the pros and cons of various approaches to presenting data for both the creator and the viewer.
