Join us for community conversations about diversity & inclusion!

This Fall, we’re reading and discussing The Message by Ta-Nehisi Coates. In three interconnected essays, the best-selling author of Between the World and Me explores the ways that the stories we tell can influence, reveal, or obscure our understanding of the world around us. From Senegal to South Carolina to Palestine, Coates's signature intellect and moral clarity are at full power as he confronts the need to accept the most difficult truths about our society.

Copies are available for checkout at the Library’s circulation desk. Pick up your copy of the book any time the Library is open!
