Kids and their caregivers are invited to join us at the Carnegie Carnegie for a free public screening of the premiere episode of PHOEBE & JAY, courtesy of WQED Education's Learning Neighborhoods program. Stick around after the screening for some fun, hands-on activities!

PHOEBE & JAY is a brand-new, literacy-focused animated series which follows the adventures of 6-year-old fraternal twins Phoebe & Jay Yarber, who live with their family in the fantastical Tobsy Towers. This series highlights a variety of texts that preschoolers encounter in their daily lives–from labels and signs to posters and more–to foster their early literacy skills and help them navigate the world around them.

PHOEBE & JAY premiered on PBS Kids / WQED on February 2nd, 2026. This series is geared towards children ages 3-5.
