Event Details

Join us for a weekly playdate at the library! Play is essential for children’s growing literacy, motor, and social-emotional development. Kids can play, socialize, and bond with their caregivers, and caregivers will have an opportunity to connect with one another, as well! We will set up a special collection of fun and developmentally appropriate toys that are not available in the main children’s library.

This program is geared towards ages 0-5 and their grown-ups.

Stay & Play follows the same schedule as Baby/Toddler Storytime: 8-week long sessions followed by a 2-4 week break.

  • WINTER SESSION: January 14 - March 4 (8 wks)
  • No playtime on March 11, 18
  • SPRING SESSION: March 25 - May 13 (8 wks)
  • No playtime on May 20, 27 & June 3, 10
  • SUMMER SESSION: June 17 - August 5 (8 wks)
  • No playtime on August 12, 19
  • FALL SESSION: August 26 - October 14 (8 wks)
  • No playtime on October 21, 28
  • WINTER SESSION: November 4 - December 16 (7 wks)
  • No playtime on December 23, 30
