Join certified yoga instructor Leah Shuck for a gentle, slower flow yoga practice every second and fourth Monday evening!
Mindful yoga is a rewarding way to exercise while reducing stress and centering your mind. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and something to use as a strap (an old scarf, belt, or necktie work just fine!). You are also welcome to bring a block, blanket, bolster, etc if you wish. If you don't have a yoga mat, we have a few available to borrow.
This is a pay-what-you-can class where participants can pay $0-$15, with a suggested donation of $10 per class. All participants must sign a waiver at each session.
Registration is appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome. Please register below.
