Join Children's Librarian Miss Mikayla in the Lincoln Gallery for a half-hour Baby and Toddler Storytime at 10:30 am! Our littlest learners can expect to hear stories, sing, dance, move, and play during our Storytimes.

Children and families are welcomed to the Library for Preschool Storytime at 11:30 am. Join our Children's Librarian, Miss Mikayla, as we read, sing, move, and play together! This program is geared towards children 3 to 5 years of age.

Join us for a character creation session on the 10th and a full one-shot on the 17th! Perfect for absolute beginners to D&D. Registration is required, please expect to attend both sessions.

Join licensed Zumba instructor Emonie Smith for an hour of dance fitness! Get moving to Latin, pop, and international music as you improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen your core - while burning calories and having fun!

Are you an ambitious teen between the ages of 12-18? Do you want to earn volunteer hours while collaborating with other driven teens? Are you looking to make a difference in your library?

Join us for a 5-week series of school-age poetry workshops for kids in grades 2-5! Retired Carlynton teacher Ms. Susan Cantwell will lead a creative exploration of poetry in all its forms. Read it, write it, love it!

Ginny the therapy dog LOVES books, but she cannot read. Come read to Ginny this summer on Tuesdays from 2:30 to 3:30 in the children's library!

This summer, teens ages 10-17 are invited to a monthly afternoon of gaming at the A.C. Free Library!

Come and play with our Nintendo Switch, one of our many card games or board games, or even bring your own! 

Kids ages 8 and up are invited to join us for an intermediate-level Chess Club on Fridays! This class is aimed at students who have a familiarity with the basics of chess and would like to learn more strategy.

Join us for a FREE and family-friendly musical performance, brought to you by Thousand Bridges Opera and Mystic Mamas! 

Kids ages 8 and up are invited to join us for a beginner-level Chess Club! No experience necessary, we will go over the basics together.
