Celebrate world cultures and experience a variety of mediums and art-making styles! This program is made possible through a PA Creative Communities Mini-Grant. Kids in grades K-4 can join us on three Mondays in September to create art celebrating cultures around the world.

This event will take place in the Studio (lower level) from 5-6:30 pm. Materials will be provided.

The curriculum for the K-4 series will include:

  • September 9th - An Homage to Faith Ringgold (Acrylics, cut paper, fiber)
  • September 16th - Discovering Tribal Masks & Masquerades (Acrylics, markers, cut paper, beads, feathers)
  • September 23rd - Japanese Kimono Landscape Interpretations (Crayons for wax resist, watercolor)

Registration is required to attend this event. Registration will be limited to 20 participants. Please note that if you register for this event, you are registering to attend all 3 Monday sessions.
