Are you an ambitious teen between the ages of 12-18? Do you want to earn volunteer hours while collaborating with other driven teens? Are you looking to make a difference in your library? Do you want to see a change in your community? If so, become a member of the Carnegie Carnegie's Teen Library Council (TLC)!

Teens ages 12-18 who join can help shape and promote the library’s services to teens. Opportunities include planning events and programs, writing for the Carnegie Carnegie newsletter, recommending teen books for the collection, volunteering at library and community events, promoting teen literacy, and much more.

Come have your voice be heard and help us shape the library’s services and programming for teens for years to come!

If you would like to join, please fill out this survey or email acfreeteenlibrarycouncil@gmail.com. The TLC meets on the 3rd Saturday of every month, 1:00 - 2:30 pm.
